Your 360 Moments Photo Booth Hire Terms & Conditions

Your 360 Moments will provide a 360 photo booth for your event according to the following
terms and conditions.

1. Booking, Deposit and Payment

1. To secure your booking, an online booking enquiry form must be completed and a nonrefundable deposit of £75 must be paid.
2. The full balance will become payable 2 days prior to the date of your event.
3. Payment shall be made via bank transfer using a credit or debit card. Please note, we do
not accept payment via American Express.

2. Hire Time

1. The photo booth will be made available for the hire time you have booked.
2. Due to potential technical issues which may arise, we can guarantee that the photo
booth will be operating for at least 90% of the hire time.
3. We will arrive 1 hour before the hire time begins in order to set up the photo booth and
we will leave 1 hour after the hire ends in order to break down and pack away the photo
booth.
4. If we are not ready to start at the agreed time due to our fault, we will still operate the
photo booth for the agreed hire time by extending the finishing time (venue permitting).
5. If the hire does not start at the agreed time due to circumstances that are not our fault,
then the hire will still end at the time booked.
6. Additional hours can be purchased on the night for £50 per hour, subject to availability

3. Photo Booth Operation

1. The 360 photo booth will be   operated by a team member from Your 360 Moments.
2. The photo booth will hold up to 2-3 people at a time.
3. Guests are able to have a video filmed while on the booth.
4. Guests may use the photo booth as many times as they would like within the hire
period.
5. Guests can instantly access their videos via Airdrop. Your 360 Moments is not
responsible for what guests do with the videos once they access them.
6. The copyright of all images will remain with Your 360 Moments and by accepting these
terms and conditions you are granting us the right to use any and all images taken on an
event for marketing and promotional activities involving both digital, web and printed
material.
7. We accept no responsibility for any loss or disappointment resulting from any video
failure or defective or imperfect footage resulting from circumstances outside of our
control.

4. Props and Equipment

1. We have a selection of props and equipment which may vary from images and video
displayed in our advertising.

5. Photo Booth Set Up

1. It usually takes 1 hour to set the photo booth up and then 1 hour to break down and
pack away.
2. When completing the booking form, please inform us of any circumstances that would
make setting the photo booth up more demanding, such as stairs or long distances from
unloading areas.
3. The equipment will be set up in one location only as agreed on arrival and will not be
moved once set up.
4. The hirer should ensure that the venue will accept the use of the photo booth on the
premises.
5. Any specific criteria that the venue requires such as PAT certification must be made
known to us when completing the booking form.
6. We require a space of 2m x 2m for our photo booth.
7. The hirer will arrange for the photo booth’s final position to be close to an electrical
socket of 220-240v fitted with a 13amp trip.
8. In the event that space and/or access to your venue is not safe, practical or possible due
to no fault of our own, our team has the right to ask for a different space or decline to
proceed with the booking with no refund given.

6. Parking

1. We require a suitable car parking space reasonably close to the venue.
2. The hirer should provide a parking permit if required for a suitable parking space.

7. Damage to the Photo Booth, Equipment and Props

1. The hirer will be liable for all costs, expenses and losses incurred by Your 360 Moments
as a result of any damage to the photo booth or other hired equipment caused by the
hirer or the hirer’s guests.
2. Any props provided by Your 360 Moments remain the property of Your 360 Moments.
3. The hirer will be responsible for any loss resulting from theft or damage to the props
during a hire session.
4. We accept no liability for any damage to or loss of personal property arising from the
use of the hired equipment.
5. We will not be liable for any personal injury resulting from the use of the hired
equipment unless caused by negligence on our part or on the part of a person for whose
actions which are legally responsible.

8. Guest Behaviour

1. No food or drinks are allowed on the photo booth.
2. We will not accept any threatening or abusive behaviour and if this occurs, we reserve
the right to conclude the use of the photo booth without a refund.

9. Age Restrictions

1. Any children under the age of 10 using the photo booth must be accompanied by an
adult guardian.

10. Technical Issues / Failure to Supply

1. In the unlikely event of a technical problem with the photo booth or events beyond our
control, a refund will be given pro-rata to any time lost.
2. If we cannot attend or fulfil your hire due to an issue on our side, we will contact you as
soon as possible, and our liability will be limited to a refund of all the monies paid.
3. Failure to supply due to the venue’s or hirer’s issues will not result in a refund.

11. Insurance and PAT Certification

1. We carry public liability insurance.
2. All of our equipment has been PAT tested and approved.

12. Our Liability

1. We accept no liability for any damage to or loss of personal property arising from the
use of the hired equipment.
2. We will not be liable for any personal injury resulting from the use of the hired
equipment unless caused by negligence on our part or on the part of a person for whose
actions which are legally responsible.
3. We will not be liable under any circumstances for any indirect, consequential or special
loss or damage.
4. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights which cannot be excluded or limited
by law

13. Booking Cancellations and Rescheduling

1. We understand that your circumstances can change and we ask for as much notice as
possible in the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your booking.
2. The booking deposit is non-refundable in the event of your cancellation. However, if you
choose to reschedule, this deposit can be carried over to your new booking. Your 360
Moments reserves the right to provide a limit on the amount of reschedules which can
be made.

14. Booking Cancellations and Rescheduling

1. We understand that your circumstances can change and we ask for as much notice as
possible in the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your booking.
2. The booking deposit is non-refundable in the event of your cancellation. However, if you
choose to reschedule, this deposit can be carried over to your new booking. Your 360
Moments reserves the right to provide a limit on the amount of reschedules which can
be made.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

If any provision of these terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable under
contract law, then that provision, or thereof, shall be deemed separate from the rest of
this contract and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions, or
thereof.
The hirer agrees that in completing an online booking enquiry form and paying the deposit, the
hirer accepts these terms and conditions.
